Refund Policy

We, FanClerk, provide non-tangible irrevocable goods. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon buying any product/service at our site.

99% of problems can be solved quickly with a simple email. We request that you reach out to us using our Contact Us page. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you within 24 – 72 (usually less than 48 hours) with a review of your concern and a solution.

Eligible Refund Requests

● Non-delivery of the product/service:

In some rare cases the processing times are slower than normal, and it may take a little longer for your order to complete. In this case, we recommend you to contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Team in writing within 5 days from placing the order.

● Product not-as-described:

Such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Team within 5 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided that the purchased services are not as described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honoured.

● Subscription Cancellation Policy:

When you purchase an subscription, you will automatically be billed on the same day of each month. If at some points you no longer need your FanClerk subscription, send us a message via our Contact Us page and we will set your account to expire at the end of your current month’s subscription. You are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. If for example, you subscribed on the July 15th, but write us about cancelling your account a few weeks later on August 10th, we will set your account to cancel on August 15th, which would be the end of your current month’s subscription. If you prefer immediate cancellation, simply let us know and we can do that for you as well. You are not obligated to remain subscribed for any period of time, but you will need to write us when you are ready to cancel. We will then handle it and send you a confirmation message.

● Subscription Refund Policy:

If you purchase a subscription plan and are unhappy with the service for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of your subscription payment date and we will fully refund and cancel your subscription. If you contact us more than 5 days after your subscription payment was made and request a refund, our team will review your account and if we deem appropriate, will fully refund your order. Past 5 days, you are not entitled to a refund.
